It’s always cool to see new critters during a REEF survey. Especially if you have no idea what it is! I always take a camera with me just in case I find one of those critters. Unfortunately I have not spotted anything interesting, BUT my friend Gavin is a great underwater photographer and he spotted a rare fish. This picture stumped him as well as a few other notable fish nerds. Thankfully, with all of our combined efforts, we solved the mystery.
